Acquaintance Night

Sept. 30, 2016

What’s Up @ E-tab?

With the influx of newcomers since the beginning of the year, and considering we have pretty much on our hands, and a much larger harvest than expected. What better way for a get together cum bonding time with our new friends in Christ, than with an Acquaintance Party!

Not only was it a time of getting to know you’s, but a time of getting to know the church, and being part of the family through the 4 Essentials’ Christ, Cell, Commission and Community. A spirit of unity and camaraderie pervaded the air, as laughter, smiles, friendship, prayers and fun… bonded and knitted us together as one.

It definitely was a labor of love, with the church coming together to cook, fetch, wash … anything to make them feel welcomed. It was a sight to behold friendship and community in full display – and it would have definitely pleased the heart of our Father.

Much gratitude to Pas. Lily who organized the said event, Pas. Rosalie Basanes who organized the cooking team, all volunteers who helped in whatever way to make this event a night to remember!
