Mentoring Parents was the jist of our Parents Night, parenting after all is a never ending process. In the different stages our children go through, we assume various roles … that of a caregiver, teacher, friend, mentor, consultant … and the list goes on. It’s a tall order, but LSBC with the participation of the Childrens’ Church team, we were grilled on the various aspects of communication, freedom, love and discipline … and as Pas. Kelvin Poh says, ‘Earning the right to speak into their lives, as we become good role models for our children to follow’ and eventually raising them up God’s Way!
