R & R with BFEC and LSBC

In Commemoration of their 50th Independence Day, Singapore would mobilize the entire nation to zero in on the under privileged of society … as a fitting way to celebrate such event !

It is in this light that Living Sanctuary Brethren Church along with Jason Chok and company (DVI Solution, LSK, Tarkus Interiors Pte. Ltd, A Power Pte. Ltd, Faclity Link ) and Bethesda Frankel Estate Church Singapore would combine its efforts in an R & R (Repair & Rebuild ) in Barbaza Church Antique a year after Typhoon ‘Haiyan.’ Sadly , almost a year after the said catastrophe , assistance is still forthcoming … such was the sad state of things post ‘Haiyan’ in this isolated and forgotten part of the world .

But God never forgets, and just in time the wheels were set into motion , 27 houses were constructed , and to jumpstart their livelihood ; 18 motorboats , 20 cows 19 pigs and 2 goats were given . Barbaza Church was reconstructed , and dedicated in a festive mood. Joy was the prevailing sentiment of the day , and hope was etched on every face .

To see how God would maneuver events and bring nations together , is nothing short of a miracle for this sleepy town in Barbaza , Antique . As a result God’s goodness is bringing many to repentance , it has sparked a fire of revival prevalent at the moment . Truly , only God can turn a catastrophe into a blessing!
