TKC Gift – Shop – “Christmas at Jolly Town”

By: Windeline Faye Arsenal / 10 December 2017

Delight! Bliss! Amuse! No words are enough to describe the happiness that each child felt at the very moment they celebrated Christmas at jolly town.
This 10th day of December, the main hall of Evangel Tabernacle was packed with 397 children who are eagerly excited for the occasion. Indeed it is every child’s dream to experience being at Jolly Town. So we, as TKC teachers with the help of the church, became the instrument for the fulfillment of that dream.

The event would not start without praising and worshiping the God who was the reason for the celebration. However, the joyous moment was a bit muzzled as everyone became a bit emotional for the graduation of some faithful and adorable TKC children, who are now ready to take the challenge and level up as Tzoner. They may not be part of the TKC anymore but we believe that they have grown up to be children of God who really have a relationship with their Savior, Jesus Christ.
After the graduation ceremony the lively atmosphere resumed as children anticipated with excitement to participate in the games prepared by the teachers with the collaboration of the Jollibee team. Children as young as 2 years old were given a chance to take part in the games and activities. The smiles in their faces and the sparkles in their eyes beamed even more as they finally met the “Best friend ng bayan” —-Jollibee! The time may be fast and the day maybe short but the joy illuminating on the faces of the children was priceless.

Of course the whole celebration would never be complete without receiving a word from God. Ptr. Anelene reminded the children of how blessed we were to receive a beautiful gift of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who had never stopped loving us.
And since this was still a gift shop, at the end of the event, each child was rewarded with a happy meal according to their faithfulness and attentiveness in the TKC throughout the year 2017.
Truly the whole event was memorable for the children. And we give all the glory to God for making things possible. In behalf of the TKC, we are grateful to the members of the church who generously shared their blessings to this department, to our senior pastors, Pastor Toh Nee and Pas. Lily and to all the people who take part in making this Christmas party a success.
Church! May we continue to give joy and inspiration to the children! Have a jolly and meaningful

Christmas everyone!

Missing Link

Luke 15: 8-9
“Or what woman, if she has ten silver coins and loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, because I have found the coin which I had lost!’

God Of A Million Dreams

Sometimes we allow pride to creep in as we slowly reach our dreams. So God steps in by allowing circumstances and pain to humble us, not humiliate us.

Righteous On The Day Of The Lord

This message is mainly for all believers who are preparing for the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Since we believe that Jesus is coming back soon, we should not only be excited to meet him in the air but we must also be occupied with a life and works of righteousness.

Faithful In Captivity

Daniel 1
A more particular account of the beginning of Daniel’s life, his origin and education, than we have of any other of the prophets. Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel, began immediately with divine visions, but Daniel began with the study of human learning, and was afterwards honored with divine visions. We have here:
